Weaver is of course known throughout the world for their rings and bases. Where they were incredibly under-appreciated however was in their optics.

Made exclusively in Japan, they sported some of the best glass on the market and a series of clean, crisp, no-nonsense reticles. Weaver was quality-wise on par with brands such as Bushnell Elite, Leupold and Vortex. With the merging of Weaver and Bushnell, the writing was on the wall for the Weaver optic line, however the scopes themselves remain a cut above most, if not all the optics in their price range.
